Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to seniors across various communities, including skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, and memory care.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and deliver wound care.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure dignity, safety, and optimal outcomes.
- Adapt quickly to different units and resident needs, supporting a flexible and autonomous work environment.
