The Family Preservation Therapist provides brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
Responsibilities include
- intake assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning
- collaborating with DHHS and Skillbuilder to promote healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles
- supporting families in developing positive change
Compensation includes
- starting pay of $40-$60/hour
- drive time at $30/hour
- mileage reimbursement
- bonus opportunities up to $5,000 in 9 months

Requirements include being LMHP, PLMHP, or master’s intern within one semester of graduation, reliable personal vehicle, cell phone, internet, and computer access. Timely communication and professionalism are essential.
