Family Preservation Therapist GLFS

The Family Preservation Therapist provides brief, intensive in-home therapeutic services to families referred by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Responsibilities include

intake assessment

,

treatment planning and implementation

, and

discharge and aftercare planning

. They collaborate with DHHS and Skillbuilder to help families develop healthier habits, relationships, and lifestyles.

Starting pay is $40-$60/hour, with

drive time pay of $30/hour

, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities up to $5,000 in 9 months.

Requirements:
Must be LMHP, PLMHP, or Master’s intern near graduation, have a reliable vehicle, provide cell and internet service, and use company systems for communication. Timeliness and clear communication are essential.
