Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to join a 25-bed critical access hospital in Shell Lake, WI. The role involves providing inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and preventive care with a 4-day workweek, rotating ER call (4-6 nights/month), and hospital rounding. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating injuries and illnesses, interpreting tests, and collaborating with staff to ensure quality patient care. Requirements:
• MD or DO from an accredited school
• US board certification
• WI licensure or in process
• Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certification (PALS and CALS preferred)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to utilize EMR and stay current with medical practices
