We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for first shift at a community-focused health center dedicated to holistic care.
Provide primary and acute healthcare, education, and clinical services within your scope of practice. Document patient interactions, review diagnostic tests, and follow clinical protocols approved by the Chief Medical Officer. Participate in staff meetings, consult with physicians, and attend conferences and training. Take part in an on-call rotation approximately once every 8 weeks. Maintain current MA RN license, national FNP certification, and obtain prescription privileges. Annual salary range: $115,000 – $140,000.
