Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. The Provider leads clinic staff, provides guidance, and performs clinical duties such as reviewing medical histories, diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans. They must adhere to protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide patient-centered care and meet patient volume goals.
– Lead and coordinate with clinical team members.
– Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostics, and deliver therapeutic recommendations.
– Maintain timely and accurate patient charts.
– Implement protocols and participate in mandatory training and meetings.
– Support new employee onboarding and training.
– Communicate effectively within the team and with patients via virtual channels.
– Follow compliance standards and promote a respectful, positive work environment.
– Perform duties within standard protocols and handle on-call responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
– 1-2 years relevant clinical experience, preferably in urgent care, ER, or family practice.
– Active license, DEA registration, and DOT certification (within 120 days).
– Proven experience in telehealth and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
– Ability to adapt to new technologies and protocols.
