This full-time or contract position involves delivering ambulatory primary care services, including patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment, and patient education, with a focus on underserved communities.
Requires Missouri RN licensure and a master’s degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities include developing care plans, performing physical exams, ordering tests, prescribing therapies, and making referrals.
Participates in quality improvement, protocol development, staff education, and community outreach activities.
Ensures operational efficiency through utilization and risk management, documentation, and compliance.
Contributes to organizational strategic planning, maintains patient satisfaction, and supports organizational mission.
