This position involves delivering ambulatory primary care services, including patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient education, primarily for underserved populations.
Requires Missouri RN licensure and a master’s degree in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing care plans, ordering tests, prescribing therapies, and making referrals.
Participates in quality improvement, develops protocols, and supports operational efficiency through documentation, coding accuracy, and compliance.
Engages in administrative duties such as staff education, research, community outreach, and provider recruitment.
Ensures high-quality care, collaborates on organizational strategies, and supports the mission to serve medically underserved communities.
Full-time, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a salary range of $100,000-$130,000 annually.
