Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.

Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop personalized care plans for diverse conditions.

Manage medical issues across specialties like diabetes, hypertension, dermatology, reproductive health, and mental health.

Utilize EHR systems for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists.

Offer patient education on health maintenance and preventive care.

Participate in telehealth services to reach remote populations.

Skills include proficiency with EHRs, knowledge of radiology, performing procedures, medical coding, and managing complex cases. Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills are essential.

Pay ranges from $65.00 to $70.00 per hour, with 8-16 hours weekly, flexible schedule, and employee discounts. The role involves in-person work.
