We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans across various medical disciplines. Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dermatology issues, reproductive health, and mental health. Utilize EHR systems for documentation and coordinate referrals to specialists. Deliver patient education on health maintenance and preventive care. Participate in telehealth services to serve remote or underserved populations. Perform procedures like suturing, catheterization, and wound care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with experience in diverse specialties and complex case management. Pay ranges from $65.00 to $70.00/hour, with flexible hours (8-16 per week), and benefits including employee discounts and schedule flexibility.
