Essential duties include performing physical exams, managing chronic conditions, offering counseling, coordinating specialist care, and providing pediatric and prenatal/postnatal care when applicable.
Qualifications include an Illinois medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, and MD or DO degree.
Skills required are strong communication, cultural sensitivity, organizational ability, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
