Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to deliver comprehensive, holistic primary care for patients of all ages.
Perform medical assessments, physical exams, and preventive services. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, manage chronic diseases, and conduct minor procedures. Provide patient education, coordinate care with specialists, and offer pediatric and prenatal care where applicable. Maintain detailed medical records and ensure quality patient communication. Requires Illinois Medical license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, MD/DO degree. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, with clinical and scholarly duties. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, with a salary range of $225,000–$295,000 annually.
