Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, holistic primary care across all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, and minor procedures.

Perform patient assessments, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate specialist care.

Educate patients on health prevention and healthy lifestyles.

Provide pediatric and possibly prenatal/postnatal care.

Demonstrate strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skills.

Must hold an Illinois Medical license, be board-certified or eligible, with MD or DO degrees.

Position offers a full-time schedule, competitive salary ($225K-$295K), benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and professional development.
The role requires light physical activity and in-person work Monday to Friday, with clinical and scholarly duties.
