Our model emphasizes making medical decisions and patient communication, with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, supported by a strong team to reduce burnout.
Position options include full-time or part-time, with competitive salary ($220,000–$260,000), full benefits (health, dental, vision), retirement plans, loan repayment, and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities involve outpatient sick and well visits, EMR documentation, and leading office staff.
Qualifications include MD or DO, NJ license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, DEA and CDS, and strong interpersonal skills.
Relocation to Toms River is required.
Schedule offers flexible hours, Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed.
