We are hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting.
Deliver direct care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive services, and women’s health. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, coordinate referrals, and participate in quality improvement efforts. Supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and document all encounters accurately. Qualifications include MD/DO, residency completion, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and experience in outpatient or underserved settings preferred. Require strong clinical judgment, communication skills, cultural competence, and EMR proficiency. Work environment involves clinical office duties, with potential travel between sites; physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, loan repayment, and more.
