Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages in a growing, established practice.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans; manage chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.

Perform physical exams, order tests, prescribe medications, and conduct in-office procedures.

Educate patients on prevention and health management; participate in utilization review and infection control.

Share after-hours call responsibilities on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications: Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, licensed in Nebraska, proficient in EMRs, compassionate, organized, and team-oriented.
