Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Physician to join a collaborative primary care team providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. This role emphasizes building long-term patient relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes, and working within a team-based environment.
- Responsibilities include: diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing preventive care and screenings, supporting continuity of care across life stages, collaborating with healthcare professionals, utilizing electronic health records and telehealth tools, participating in quality improvement, and educating patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of accredited internship and residency, active NYS medical license, and board certification by an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty board. Recent graduates with eligible status are also considered.
