Provide primary care to a diverse patient panel, mainly in North Philadelphia, with experience in inner-city populations preferred. Responsibilities include direct patient care, ensuring continuity of care, participating in after-hours rotation, and promoting wellness and self-responsibility. Engage in educational activities by precepting learners and supporting quality measures for patient panels. Requirements: MD or DO, active PA license, board certification or eligibility, excellent communication skills.
