Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and current Missouri LPN license. Minimum of 1 year acute care nursing experience, including recent work within the past year. Certifications include BLS and LPN-IV (or successful completion within specified timeframes), along with physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
