Role Overview: Lead development of engineering solutions to enhance North American manufacturing, managing multiple projects and guiding other engineers.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies for Body Frame Weld equipment, develop specifications and process plans, and oversee design and production deliverables. Support root cause analysis for manufacturing issues, influence future development methods, and mentor team members.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial), with 5+ years of experience in equipment/tool development, manufacturing, or related fields. Expertise in Body in White construction, problem-solving, and Honda’s development processes. Ability to work on the production floor and travel as needed.
