Role: Endodontist providing advanced endodontic care across multiple practices in a patient-focused, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans for root canal therapy.
- Deliver high-quality root canal treatment, including complex cases and retreatment.
- Perform endodontic surgery when clinically indicated.
- Use modern technology such as dental microscopy and digital imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Contribute to exceptional patient experiences through patient-centric communication and care.
- Collaborate with a seasoned non-clinical team to maintain smooth patient flow and clinical excellence.
- Support mentoring, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the multi-location network.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Specialized training/credentials in endodontics (Endodontist).
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities.
- Proficiency in advanced root canal therapy, retreatment, and endodontic surgery.
- Comfort using microscopy and digital imaging technologies.
- Excellent patient communication, clinical judgment, and collaborative mindset.
