Role Overview
The position involves delivering high-quality patient care and safe medical transportation as an EMT or Paramedic. Key responsibilities include providing patient care according to protocols, safely transporting patients, assessing and communicating patient conditions to medical professionals, and documenting medical history and treatment details accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current or pending EMT National Registry and/or state license
- Ability to provide medical care and transport patients safely at EMT or Paramedic level
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record, capable of operating in various weather and lighting conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment interview, physical, lifting exam, and drug screening
- Willingness to undergo company-provided training and driving courses
Key Duties
- Deliver patient care adhering to EMT training and protocols
- Transport patients safely and navigate routes efficiently
- Assess patient conditions and relay information to medical staff
- Maintain detailed records of patient history, condition, and treatment
