Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in ongoing professional development.
Develop and document individualized care plans with clear goals, coordinating across the care continuum, and communicating effectively with the team, patients, and families.
Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN license required)
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience
