Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, advocating for patients and families, and promoting positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs for exceptional care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications to support self-management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1+ year RN experience.
- Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
