Role: Paramedic responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate emergency medical care and scene management.
Responsibilities:
- Assess call situations and determine appropriate actions following advanced protocols.
- Utilize medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IVs for patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide reassurance and information.
- Lead scene and unit management as a team leader when necessary.
- Drive ambulance during emergency responses.
- Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel.
- Participate in community outreach to promote positive community relations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- State Paramedic License and Driver’s License.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.
- Valid driving record and ability to pass a physical agility test.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
