Position offers 12-hour shifts (day or night) with predictable scheduling, typically 10-12 shifts per month, providing stability and flexibility.
Compensation includes $270/hr for day shifts and $290/hr for night shifts, with a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 paid quarterly based on experience. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage is provided.
