Role: Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center emergency department for patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions.
- Assess patients, identify needs, and deliver timely, life-saving interventions.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform or assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate trauma and emergency care.
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and follow-up instructions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support research activities.
Key qualifications/skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, emergency and trauma nursing competence, medication/procedure proficiency, effective teamwork, and clear patient/family education.
