Staff Registered Nurse – Emergency Department
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for emergent and urgent patients through rapid assessment and triage in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform initial patient evaluation, triage, and ongoing clinical reassessment.
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR.
- Support patients and families with empathy during high-stress situations.
Qualifications & skills:
- Current RN licensure and strong emergency nursing competencies.
- Ability to deliver rapid, accurate care while prioritizing patient needs.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Thorough documentation skills and comfort working with EHR systems.
- Compassionate approach to diverse patients and families.
