Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
- Assist in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet financial and service goals.
- Provide patient-centered care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Develop and implement collaborative care plans aligned with medical interventions.
- Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, handle payroll, staffing, and disciplinary actions, and lead team meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years; supervisory experience preferred.
- Licenses: Valid RN license.
