Role: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Responsibilities:

- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative goals, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care.

- Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
