Role Overview:
Responsible for delivering, setting up, repairing, and removing home medical equipment, including home infusion and respiratory devices. Provides patient education, conducts assessments, and ensures proper documentation. Assists with warehouse maintenance, inventory management, and safe operation of delivery vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver, assemble, repair, and retrieve durable home medical equipment (DME).
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and safe operations.
- Provide training on home infusion supplies.
- Perform patient and home assessments with proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience (preferred 2-5 years).
- Valid Class E Driver’s License in MO and automobile liability insurance.
- Ability to lift and handle equipment, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.
Key Duties & Requirements:
- On-call availability as needed.
- Maintaining inventory and vehicle safety.
- Providing patient instruction and completing assessments.
