Role Overview: This position involves leading healthcare transformation projects, developing and delivering technology-enabled strategies, and managing high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Delivery: Create, promote, and execute healthcare strategy and transformation services.
- Leadership: Lead teams across service lines, ensuring quality and performance through effective project management and issue resolution.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a professional resource on transformation initiatives.
- Business Development: Support new business opportunities via relationship building and proposal efforts.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development and publication of industry insights and service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of eight years’ consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience managing large transformation projects, stakeholder engagement, complex regulatory issues, and building client relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
