Director of Social Services – LCSW – Sign On Bonus

Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility providing acute care to adults with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities include overseeing departmental operations, managing staff, coordinating admissions/discharges, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and developing policies. The role involves collaboration with local agencies, strategic planning, and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Work, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California

2+ years of experience with mental health populations and supervisory leadership

Knowledge of legal systems, strong policy development skills, and crisis intervention certification

Compensation ranges from $92,815 to $115,000 annually, with full benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The position is full-time, day shift, based in Placerville, CA, requiring in-person work.
