Role Overview

The Dining Server provides timely and professional meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menus
• Use community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections with residents, delivering excellent service each shift

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and follow safety standards
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
