Role Overview

The Dining Server is responsible for delivering professional and timely meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and accurately deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu choices and provide descriptions
• Bus and reset tables following community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing tasks
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Use community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections with residents to foster a hospitable environment
