Digital Health Specialist to enhance technology-enabled care across outpatient rehabilitation clinics.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement, optimize, and support EMR, telehealth, remote monitoring, and patient engagement tools for therapy services.
- Train clinicians and provide ongoing technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain HIPAA compliance across digital health workflows.
- Partner with therapists and clinic leaders to improve clinic workflows and adoption of digital solutions.
- Analyze outcomes and help drive continuous improvement in technology-enabled care.
Qualifications & skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology systems and patient engagement tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot, support end users, and ensure reliable system performance.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy/security requirements.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a patient-first environment and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
