Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease, working under supervision to ensure safe treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during dialysis, and document care activities.
- Administer medications as per physician orders and review patient medication profiles regularly.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring staffing requirements are met.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance policies, participating in staff meetings and continuing education.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: one or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
