Seeking a clinical leader responsible for managing patient care, staff, and operational activities within a healthcare facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and development for staff; participating in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Managing patient care coordination from admission to discharge, including education and addressing patient concerns.
- Supporting quality standards through regulatory requirements and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining medical records, facility safety, and environmental integrity.
- Building strong relationships with physicians, facilitating communication, and coordinating care plans.
- Managing facility resources, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and control costs.
- Participating in administrative tasks such as reporting, compliance audits, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor’s Degree; RN license and current state licensure.
- 6-8 years of related experience, including at least 12 months in clinical nursing and 6 months in dialysis care.
- 3+ years supervisory or project management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team-building skills.
- Ability to interpret data, facilitate quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to provide on-call coverage and travel between facilities as needed.
