Role Overview:
This position focuses on developing functioning prototypes for ATV/SxS vehicles, emphasizing appearance features such as New Color Development, Graphics, and Labels. Responsibilities include designing component and system layouts using CAD software, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring specifications meet concept, function, and manufacturing requirements. The role involves managing costs, schedules, and resources, collaborating effectively with team members, and contributing innovative ideas for technological advancements. Maintaining quality standards and applying problem-solving techniques are essential. The candidate will develop and implement specifications with minimal supervision and document all technical activities accurately.
Qualifications & Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with experience in Powersports or automotive preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in CAD, FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, and Adobe Illustrator is required. The role demands analytical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, and scheduling abilities, with confidentiality maintained at all times.
