Role Overview:
Seeking an Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include delivering dental services to a diverse patient base, primarily children, with the support of a skilled team and advanced technology such as digital x-rays and modern dental equipment.
- Provide dental treatments, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Participate in team activities, including morning huddles, to promote collaboration and positive patient experiences.
- Support community engagement efforts and uphold the practice’s mission to improve oral health.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, possess a valid dental license, and hold required certifications (CPR, DEA). Nitrous Oxide certification is preferred in specific states. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, a strong desire to serve both children and adults, and team-oriented values.
Key Duties & Environment:
Utilize practice management software, digital imaging, and advanced dental tools. Work with a dedicated team including hygienists and assistants, serving primarily pediatric patients.
