Role: Associate Dentist responsible for providing high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and some adults. Collaborates with a supportive team using advanced tools such as digital x-ray and software like DentaPro to deliver comprehensive treatments.
Responsibilities: Deliver dental services, participate in team activities like morning huddles, promote positive community images, and ensure patient comfort. Maintain adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols. Support growth through mentoring and collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, valid dental license, CPR, DEA, and optionally nitrous oxide certification. Must demonstrate compassion and a strong desire to serve both children and adults. Familiarity with digital equipment and team-based care is preferred.
