Delivering outstanding dental hygiene services to patients
Educating patients on oral health and preventive care
Supporting the clinical team with procedures and patient management
Maintaining accurate medical and dental records
Participating in mentorship programs and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed Dental Hygienist with Indiana credentials
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
CPR certification
Excellent communication, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for patient advocacy
Physical & Additional Requirements:
Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
Prolonged sitting and standing; ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Willingness to attend training sessions periodically
