Role: Lead Dental Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists chairside during patient procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and manage sterilization and supplies
- Ensure strict infection control protocols
- Mentor and schedule dental assistants
- Support staff training and development
- Coordinate with the front office to maintain efficient patient flow
- Help implement and uphold quality and safety standards
