Role Overview:
This position is for a PRN CT Technologist working evening and night shifts on a flexible schedule. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in advanced modalities like CT, on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and supporting quality control. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of CT experience, CT certification and/or prior CT experience, and an associate degree or higher in a related field. Licenses such as RT(R) and/or CT certification are required, with preferred qualifications including two years of experience and additional certifications like CPR and IV therapy. The role may involve participating in CT-guided biopsy and procedures rotations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum one year of CT experience
- CT Certification and/or previous CT experience
- Associate degree or higher in related field
- Licenses: R.T.(R), CT, or equivalent certifications
- Preferred: two or more years of experience, CPR and IV therapy certifications
Key Duties:
- Preparing patients and imaging equipment
