Role Overview:
We are seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in computed tomography (CT), with the ability to perform x-rays as needed. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and ensuring quality control. Cross-training in CT is available for registered radiologic technologists. The position offers weekend option pay, with shifts on Friday to Sunday nights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or trade school education
- Certification in CT registration within six months (if not registered at hire)
- Desired experience: 2+ years, with licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, and CPR certification
- Ability to perform procedures independently and handle portable exams
