Perform computerized tomography (CT) scans by operating CT imaging equipment to capture images of patients’ prescribed anatomical areas. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure accurate imaging results while maintaining a strong focus on patient-centered care.
Key Duties
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
- Position patients correctly and manage patient needs during imaging procedures
- Follow radiation safety, infection control, and standard imaging protocols
- Verify patient information and prepare for imaging prior to scan delivery
- Maintain equipment and support safe, efficient workflow in the imaging area
