PRN CT Technologist providing diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders, ensuring accurate patient positioning and image quality.
- Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and maintain patient safety, comfort, and care throughout the exam.
- Operate CT equipment and assist with contrast studies, including proper administration and monitoring.
- Follow radiation safety standards and infection prevention/control practices.
- Document completed exams accurately in PACS and maintain required clinical records.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical teams to support timely, high-quality imaging services.
Qualifications & Skills: CT imaging experience, strong patient communication, knowledge of contrast procedures, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and proficiency with PACS and imaging workflows.
