Role Overview:
This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a hospital setting, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and medical staff. The role involves providing direct patient care, documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in professional development activities
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, review lab results, and initiate anesthesia when appropriate
- Provide anesthesia services across various departments including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and radiology
- Support a patient-focused, collaborative, and confident work environment
- Engage in continuous learning and maintain necessary certifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (experience supervision is not required)
- Certification as a RN Anesthetist
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing
