Role: Co-worker Health Nurse, responsible for providing health services to co-workers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting wellness.
Key Duties: Conduct health assessments for new hires, manage TB screening, respirator fit testing, and vaccination programs, provide first aid and injury follow-up, support Workers’ Compensation processes, maintain confidentiality, and report on health activities. Participate in safety committees and support organizational wellness initiatives.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN), current Missouri nursing license, minimum of 2 years hospital or clinical experience, and BLS certification.
