We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments.
Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function.
Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care while monitoring vital signs and patient responses.
Document using EMR/EHR systems and administer medications following safety protocols.
Operate transfer equipment safely and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans for patients with complex needs.
Maintain accurate records, support infection control, and provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Qualifications include a valid CNA license, experience in diverse healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred.
